Refund & Return Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
This Refund & Return Policy explains how billing, cancellations, refunds, and returns work for the Baripex membership and any medications prescribed through the platform. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Two separate charges
Baripex bills you in two distinct steps, and it is important to understand the difference:
- The medical evaluation fee is a one-time charge taken when you submit your health questionnaire. It pays for a licensed clinician to review your case. The amount is shown to you before you pay.
- The treatment program is a recurring subscription. It is charged only if a clinician approves treatment for you, using the payment method saved during your evaluation checkout. If you are not approved, you are never charged for a program.
2. The evaluation fee is non-refundable
The evaluation fee pays for professional medical judgment, not for a product or for a particular outcome. A clinician reviews your case whether the answer is yes or no, so the fee is not refundable if you are found ineligible or if treatment is determined not to be appropriate for you. This is disclosed on the checkout page before you are charged.
Paying the evaluation fee does not entitle you to a prescription. No medication is guaranteed, and a clinician may decline to prescribe.
3. Program billing and cancellations
Once approved, your program is billed as a recurring subscription on your billing date until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancel before your renewal date. Cancelling does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.
4. Medication returns
For health and safety reasons, and consistent with law, prescription medications cannot be returned, resold, or reused once they have shipped. This means that, except where required by law, we are unable to offer refunds for medication that has already been dispensed and shipped.
5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@baripex.com. We will work with the pharmacy to arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we're happy to help resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
8. Contact
To request a refund or ask a billing question, contact us at support@baripex.com or (904) 444-2903 during Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET.
