Baripex operates a technology platform that connects patients with independent, state-licensed healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies. We are not a healthcare provider or a pharmacy. Certain health information you provide is handled by or on behalf of those providers, and separate privacy notices — including our Notice of Privacy Practices — may apply to that information.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details such as your name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Identity and eligibility details such as date of birth and state of residence.
- Health information you submit through the medical questionnaire (handled as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices).
- Payment information, which is processed by our third-party payment processor.
- Communications you send to us, including support messages.

- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site, remember your preferences, and measure performance.

5. Payment data
Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant third-party processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. To protect your health privacy, we do not transmit diagnosis or clinical details to the payment processor.
6. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and activity logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements, including medical recordkeeping obligations that apply to your providers.
8. Your choices and rights
- You can update your account information from your dashboard.
- You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
- You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
