Your Privacy Choices

This page describes privacy rights that may be available to you depending on your state of residence, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. We do not sell your personal information

Baripex does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Protected health information is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices and is generally exempt from the CCPA to the extent it is covered by HIPAA.

2. Your rights

Subject to applicable law and verification, you may have the right to:

• Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions.
• Opt out of any sale or sharing (note: we do not sell or share).
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information to permitted purposes.
• Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

3. Categories of information we collect

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we may collect identifiers, contact and account information, commercial information (such as your subscription), internet and device activity, and information you choose to provide. Health information submitted for care is governed by HIPAA.

4. How to submit a request

5. Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly.
